Professional Development Center of Glendale Community College provides state-funded and fee-based training in Southern California. The PDC was founded by Glendale Community College in cooperation with the State Chancellor’s Office and the California Employment Training Panel (ETP). Training is funded through ETP disbursement of a percentage of the unemployment tax paid by California employers.
