About company

My job is to help make sure the content you publish is designed to accomplish your business's strategic goals. Sometimes that means consulting with you and then delivering a content strategy that can be as detailed as you like. Sometimes it means writing the content for you myself, and sometimes it means managing a team of writers. It almost always means playing the role of chief hole-poker...being that annoying person in the back of the room who's always shouting, "But what about...?"​ That's only because, as an outsider, I'm in a unique position to spot things that don't register on your radar. That's especially true when it comes to the "the curse of knowledge"​ -- that temporary amnesia that causes experts to forget how much they didn't know before they were experts (the end result being that they talk over their customers'​ heads). The bottom line is that, however we get there, my job is to help you create content that means business.
