In 2011 set up Send_aCity, a Ltd company that aims to help cities in Africa to grow 'inclusively'. We are analysts, researchers, investors and ultimately also 'builders'. We set the blueprint for town extensions and deliver the basic (and completely rethought) infrastructures in an unconventional way. We finance the project and manage it after completion for a few years before handing over to local governments. Our target ROI is 25% and the SROI will be equally interesting, yet tbc. It is a fascinating project and I could keep talking about it however this is not the place for it.
