Parody’s is positioning itself to compete in the multi-venue entertainment segment, which includes various combinations of performance theaters, restaurants, bars, and lounges. Local food and beverage competition is not unlike most other urban areas, with a local population more than capable of supporting multiple establishments. Performance theater competition is significantly smaller by comparison, and does not offer Parody’s planned form of entertainment. When you combine each of Parody’s venues into a single experience, direct competition in the target area is reduced significantly.
