Parent Gym is a programme made up of six two-hour sessions, with ‘missions’ to complete between sessions. Each programme has up to twenty parents and one Parent Gym coach. The Parent Gym programme has been designed by leading psychologists, drawing on parenting research. All sessions are designed to be highly interactive and participative.
