Freshness is essential to the taste of coffee. They roast your coffee after you order it and then stamp the roast date on every bag.They roast on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. All orders received by 9 am are roasted and shipped the same day. They ship to all 50 states via USPS priority mail or UPS to make sure your coffee arrives within 3 business days
