Pacific West Pharmacy was created in 1987 to provide pharmacy services to Long Term Care communities of California. Pacific West Pharmacy now services Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, Youth Homes, Hospice patients, and disability residences covering most of California. For more than two decades, PWP has grown with the evolving Long Term Care industry to create a simple yet effective plan to provide quality medication and services to our customers.As industry leaders, Pacific West Pharmacy was the first pharmacy in California to implement Remote Dispensing in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Working closely with the State Board of Pharmacy and Department of Public Health we have created the Policy and Procedures to bring this technology to the California Nursing Facility.
