The platform enables its users to upload and share documents on block meetings, rules and regulations, safety notices, and more; share important contact details such as maintenance and emergency numbers; send one-to-one private messages when discretion is required; keep in touch with other residents; and more. Ownblock also offers a messaging application; an online reservations calendar to book communal amenities such as the sauna, swimming pool, gym, or laundry; a parking application for residents to register their vehicles and reserve spaces; and a page to list possessions owned by residents in common storage areas such as bike sheds and basements.
