Overseas Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. (OPL) is founded in Dec.2011 by Dr. Gilbert (Xiaoguang) Wen. The headquarter is located in Guangzhou and the two subsidiary companies are based in Taizhou, China and San Diego, USA, respectively. OPL is a specialty pharmaceutical company with a focus on development of proprietary controlled-release platform technologies and on application of these technologies in developing second/next generation NDA products which are safer, more efficacious and more patient compliance comparing with the previous marketed products as a mean to extend the life of current marketed products
