Their patented technology pushes data from CRMs, contact centers phone and chat, marketing automation, e-mail marketing, and similar software to Google Analytics so advertisers can leverage it in AdWords. For example, advertisers can target leads that expressed interest in a product over a phone call or chat session but didn't buy; leads that were sent an e-mail campaign in HubSpot and opened but didn’t click it; leads with a certain status in Salesforce; etc. Outleads integrates with leading contact center software, including Genesys, Five9, and more.
