Ornicept, Inc. has built a new class of digital workflow tools for fieldwork professionals. This software application, SPECTEO, has been successfully deployed around North America by large enterprise clients. SPECTEO is a fieldwork platform specializing in centralized data management of observations collected by technicians remotely. By seamlessly combining touchscreen software on field computers with a cloud-based platform, SPECTEO allows for digitally managing, collecting, and analyzing data in a fraction of the time it takes using a traditional pen-and-paper workflow. Ornicept was founded in 2011 and is headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
