Currently hospitals must sterilize equipment before each use and yet 130,000 patients are infected with the superbugs annually. In many cases, this results in death. Their single-use endoscopes are sterilized at the factory to avoid contamination. It reduces cleaning and labor costs. The product will be available for sale this year.
