Optimal Efficiency (OE) is a comprehensive cloud, mobile friendly solution that allows enterprises to securely and efficiently manage the entire life-cycle of major construction, mining, and oil & gas projects. Conceptualized by Founder and CEO, Karine Samson in response to her first-hand experience with significant and unnecessary project cost over-runs during large-scale industrial projects in remote environments (Canadian Arctic and Fort McMurray). Karine noticed that many of these issues could be attributed to “information break-down" and these issues were proven to be systemic throughout the $8.9 Trillion global construction industry.
