OPTAGE Co., Ltd. started from Kansai Telecommunications Equipment Service Co., Ltd., an optical fiber leasing business company, and changed its name to K. Opticom Co., Ltd. in June 2000. In November of the same year, merged with Kansai Cable Service Co., Ltd., which handles the CATV business, transferred the business of Astel Kansai Co., Ltd., which was a PHS business company, to focus on personal communication services using an optical fiber network that spreads all over Kansai. We have been developing our business.
