Pension Source is focused on the occupational group pension schemes market in the UK and Ireland. Pension Source is targeting the SME market in Ireland and the UK. Specifically it is targeting occupational pension schemes for companies with between 10 and 100 employees. This service is not currently available to small pension schemes. More generally, Source believes that its product is cost effective, and that it will allow small pension funds to be effectively “self-administered,” that is managed independently, where in the past they would have been subsumed into larger pooled funds.
