One Step Up focuses on helping students evaluate their careers, subjects and abilities through online and offline channels where selected educators and counselors reach out to students through aptitude tests, campus training, classroom programs, and partnerships with schools, allowing children from 9th to 12th class to access career counselling and life skills guidance for choosing right kind of institute and pursue a career suitable to their capabilities.
