OneServicePortal.com was created by people who have worked for IT resellers, system integrators and manufacturers. On visiting end users, the founder often heard about the end users' annoyance of having to log service calls in different places for different brands. They also rarely had a list of the IT assets they had in their company. This triggered the creation of a worldwide, rapid deployment, low cost solution that was suitable for a one person or multinational company, that would help them better manage their Client assets.
