Ondalys was born in 2003 from a technology and know-how transfer of two public research centers, one French, Cemagref (UMR Information and Technology for Agroprocesses, Montpellier, France) and another American, the Iowa State University (Grain Quality Laboratory, Ames, Iowa, USA).
