On-Demand Group (ODG) is a global family-owned IT consulting firm that has been in business since 1995 and is headquarted in Minnesota. It is a woman-owned company that holds several certifications, including WBENC, SDB, CERT, TBG, DBE and Green (environmental), in order to align with organizations who have diversity and sustainability initiatives. ODG measures success based on its clients’ satisfaction of work completed or contributions made, not just placements. ODG accomplishes these goals through tireless hard work, core values and utilizing the Six Sigma philosophy.
