Establishment of PT. Okta Sejahtera Insani, abbreviated as PT. OSI. at the time of holding the 1993 PERSI congress, the Court Hall was recently used upon renovation which was used for the holding of the Non-Aligned Meeting in 1992, so at that time it was becoming a dream for many organizations to be able to hold a Congress in the building.
