You see lots of new companies launch every day, and the majority of the time you only see their front-end, either a website, blog or product. However they want to see how and where companies work on a day-to-day basis, by taking a look at their back-end. Not their databases but their office space. They find it really interesting to see how every office space differs, from it's arrangement of desks, chill-out areas and even to their kitchen spaces. Their aim is to keep feeding their fetish, by adding more freelancers and start-ups. They want to get a better understanding on startup life, more than what photos can show us, and so they plan to add some interesting new features over the next couple of months.
