OFFICEE2 is the first business process outsourcing (BPO) office in the region. In September 2017 we inaugurated our base with complete infrastructure and started to serve companies of Sorocaba and other municipalities. The BPO, or outsourcing of business processes, consists in delegating to specialists the support processes of your company. Among the immediate benefits are the reduction of administrative expenses, increase of controls on the processes, increase of efficiency and increase of the operating profit margin. We developed exclusive methods of work. We use processes, softwares and technologies aimed at increasing productivity. We put these resources at the disposal of small and medium-sized enterprises (the biggest efficiency claimants in times of crisis) in an efficient and economically viable way.
