Offer Clouds advertises retail offers on anything of interest to consumers from everywhere. Offer Clouds competes in the "On4Off" (Online advertising for Offline retailing) markets. Its first product is called Qffers App, a mobile application that lets consumers search, post, and share offers available in their neighborhood, or wherever they happen to be, thereby enabling them to socially advertise and promote any brick-and-mortar offers that they care about.
