OCHIN is a nonprofit health care innovation center designed to provide knowledge solutions that promote quality, affordable health care to all. OCHIN’s journey began with a project to connect six community health centers in Oregon and provide health IT support and services. Through continual learning, innovation, and unique strategic partnerships, they have built one of the largest and most successful health information networks in the United States, serving more than 500 organizations nationwide with a full array of solutions to improve care for the nation’s most vulnerable patients.
