Oceanus Resources Corp is a mineral exploration company engaged in locating and acquiring projects and exploring for gold and base metals. The Company's subsidiary, El Tigre Silver Corp. (El Tigre), holds approximately 10 Mexican Federal mining concessions, located in northeastern Sonora State and totaling over 210 square kilometers, which are collectively referred to as the El Tigre Gold and Silver Property (El Tigre Property).
