It syncs with various health tracking apps and wearables such as Lifehacker, RunKeeper, Moves, Fitbit, and more and curates all data gathered on its platform to allow its users to compare it with friends. In addition, the app compares any quantified-selfer, analyzing conditions such as hydration, nutrition, exercise, and sleep to determine a user’s overall health score.
