About company

The company was founded in 1995 as a service provider for projects and trainings in IT environments. Five years later it was turned into a corporation and started it's own software development. The board of share holders consists of private investors as well as the federal state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Today, the company founder and developer of the eRunbook platform, Mr. Gerhard Wagner, is chairman of the board.
