Not Actively Looking was originally launched in 2015 as a platform where senior executives can share confidential information with retained executive search firms globally. In 2018 the company also released a suite of SaaS-based tools to help executive search firms manage all of the assignments and business development activity with a built-in compliance tool to help automate notifications under the new GDPR data privacy rules. The SaaS toolset is fully integrated with the confidential candidate platform.
