The company is part of the Carneo group and sister companies to Carnegie Fonder, C-Worldwide, OPM and Carneo Alternative Solutions. Nordic Cross is a Swedish AB founded in 2016 and is under the supervision of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Nordic Cross is 60% owned by Carneo AB and 40% by the company's founder.
