Nomad Rental helps digital nomads and professional remote workers finding serviced apartments around the world for monthly stays, without long leases or contracts. Each apartment has been carefully chosen and always includes basic amenities such as a laptop-friendly work desk, kitchenette, high-speed wifi along with weekly cleaning and other conveniences. Nomad Rental doesn't charge any sort of commission or hidden fees, but instead, negotiate with each location to offer lower rates, often 10% to 30% cheaper than booking directly. Nomad Rental simply charges a $19 service fee from the guest for successful bookings, that's it. As of March 24, 2018, Nomad Rental is in 18 cities, with 112 serviced apartments onboard and workin​g with 138 venues including co-working and maker spaces.
