In 1938 Sherb Noble introduced soft-serve to the world in his Kankakee Ice Cream shop. Two years later he opened the first Dairy Queen in Joliet, IL. Today the Noble Family operates seven Dairy Queen locations in Kankakee, Bourbonnais, Momence, Aurora & Geneva. We are proud to continue the tradition!
