Light Information Systems has been a pioneer (Since 2012) in Natural Language Processing AI with more than 150 Man years of RnD. This platform enables our proprietary algorithms to be easily consumed by SI's and ITES companies to create solutions for their customers and themselves. Solutions developed by the platform include AI assistants -Customer Assist for automated customer care, Employee assist for automated employee engagement,etc Hiring assist - Automating the hiring process from KRA stage to first interview which includes reading resumes, ranking, communicating with candidates and even scheduling.
