Nico.lab offers algorithms for analysis of neuromuscular images. NICo-Lab is a spin-off company from the departments of Radiology and Biomedical Engineering and Physics of the Academic Medical Centre (AMC) in Amsterdam. They have developed a toolbox that consists of tailored algorithms to analyse and quantify different aspects of neurovascular medical images of patients that suffered from acute strokes. The toolbox can be applied in two ways; 1) as a service to clinical trials to support management, analysis and quantification of images therein and 2) as a decision support system for clinicians (neuro-radiologists, neuro-surgeons and neurologists) that treat acute stroke patients.
