Network Foundation Technologies (NFT) is developing a new kind of distributed networking technology for the real-time broadcast of audio and video media over the Internet at a cost point far below that offered by traditional online streaming media solutions. Their goal is to provide the network foundation that will enable established content providers (such as television and cable networks) to simulcast their programming over the Internet at a cost point low enough to be supported by the broadcast advertising model.
