Newmarket Kitchen is a commercial, 4,000 sq. ft. kitchen, found by M50 South near Bray, Co. Wicklow. Their kitchen is available to small scale food producers with a passion for their product and a strategy for growth. Starting a food business can be hard. There’s help out there, but availing of sporadic incubation services and applying food laws can be challenging. Their goal is to make things easier for producers by reducing all normal business start-up costs and risks so businesses can concentrate on their primary objective – quality food production and brand development.
