New Era Minerals Inc. (or, the “Company”), incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia, Canada), has been listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (the “TSXV”) since June 2, 2014, under the trading symbol: NEM. New Era is the first Chinese mining industry company approved by the TSXV since 2011. New Era Minerals has three subsidiaries: Haijin International Holdings Limited (“Haijin Holdings”), Haijin International Group Limited (“Haijin International”) and Xinjiang Yongkun Mining Co.,Ltd.. (“Yongkun Mining”).
