The Sponsored Programs Administration and Research Compliance System (“mySPARCs”) was developed out of necessity by New Found Solutions President, Susan Newbill, through her work with The University of Tennessee at Martin. When the system was demonstrated at national conferences it became obvious that educational institutions throughout the US had similar data management needs for grant administration and federal research compliance issues. New Found Solutions was formed for the purpose of commercializing mySPARCs. Status: New Found Solutions is bootstrapping operations.
