Nanopower is a company incorporated in Norway. It´s based on the knowledge the founders gained during four years of various IoT projects, where the key learnings are the importance of power management. The company´s operations are split between Norway and Portugal. Technical development and tech staff are in the city of Porto, where production also will take place. Nanopower is funded by the original founders, supported by a group of experienced, Norwegian hi-tech investors. The company has a strong link to Nordic Semiconductors, the world leader in Bluetooth Low Energy. They believe that by teaming up with the best-in-class technology, and adding important and novel features to further enhance the performance of an already best-selling chip, they are offering a unique product to their clients.
