Naica is a cooperative society operating in the field of research and innovative consulting with focus on business engineering . Main activities regards: managerial and information technology, the description and the redesign of process models, implementation of financial plans, the definition of a business plan, the architecture design and implementation of complex technological instruments, systems and computing platforms. Naica is also engaged in the education sector , including the preparation of training plans, as well as the design and planning teaching, the teaching co-ordination and planning.
