Mise en place (meez on plaas) is a French culinary term. Your mise is all of the prepped ingredients for a dish. This is what they do here at Music City Mise: they prep food for you to cook at home. They work exclusively with our customers to design a unique menu catered to their tastes. They source and prep all of the raw ingredients, and deliver your kit to you, complete with the “mise en place” needed to prepare dinner.
