MuniLogic is developed and distributed by Carroll Engineering Corporation. They have over 20 years of experience with municipal information technology solutions from infrastructure design to geographic information system (GIS) software. After many years of working with third party vendors and products, they became frustrated with the lack of quality products and the poor customer service their customers were receiving from these third parties. This is why MuniLogic was born.
