MPD, Inc. consists of five wholly owned subsidiaries. These include CMI, Inc., MPH Industries, Inc., MPD Components, Inc., Lion Laboratories Limited and MPD (Singapore) PTE LTD. MPD, Inc.'s customers include U.S. and foreign military services and their contractors, avionics manufacturers, law enforcement organizations, industrial companies and commercial concerns. Approximately three-quarters of the company's sales are derived from a diverse mix of federal, state, local and foreign government purchases.
