MitraGen - Simplifying mitral valve repair. MitraGen is a cardiovascular device company formed to complete the development and commercialize technologies that will allow an interventional cardiologist to repair a dilated and dysfunctional mitral heart valve for treatment of functional mitral regurgitation (FMR) and congestive heart failure (CHF) in a minimally invasive cardiac cath lab procedure. These technologies have been proven successful in published animal studies that show valve remodeling results comparable to a surgical annuloplasty procedure. Minimally invasive or “transcatheter
