Minus the Moo is a premium, lactose-free ice cream made from real dairy and all the same ingredients as regular ice cream. They use the lactase enzyme to break down the lactose and make their ice cream lactose-free! Two-thirds of the population suffers from lactose-intolerance to some degree and either has to sacrifice taste and texture by eating dairy alternatives or eat regular ice cream and suffer the consequences.
