Metals Group Capital LLC, a Metal Resources company, was formed in December 2013 to serve as a captive finance entity to provide for senior and subordinated debt financing to Metal Resources related operating entities -- initially MRI Steel Framing LLC (MRI SF) via purchase/leaseback of existing and 2014 CapEx equipment as well as subordinated debt secured by a second on accounts receivable and inventory.
