Mentorite proposes an AI solution to a crucial problem faced by businesses: the high attrition rate. We want to reduce it by improving the efficiency of the mentoring schemes already existing within companies. By analysing an employee's personality we are able to trace a profile and measure its compatibility against a Mentor profile to create the perfect match. By doing so, we are fostering the creation of more meaningful relationships within our clients’ businesses.
