In 2007 Meet The Real Me was one of the first asynchronous video interviewing services up-and-running in Europe. Originally a graduate recruitment business with on-campus touchscreen systems linked via cloud computing now all candidates can create and deliver video-based interviews via desktop PCs, laptops, mobile phones and tablets. Meet The Real Me helps brands make their recruitment campaigns personal, bringing them to life delivering a more personal, interview process that not only allows candidates to see and hear their future employer talk about the job, the company and culture, but lets them ‘pitch’ for the role and say why they should be hired.
