MedPOT improve health condition for the elderly patients through proper medication. Reduction in extra expenditure for the family and the health care system when readmission to hospital is minimised as medication adherence improves. MedPOT’s objective is to deliver “Right Medicines at the Right Time with Real-Time monitoring”. Whilst the patients will take medicines according to doctor’s prescription, their carers will also be notified about the medication adherence profile.
