mdLeaf is an online platform that enables patient to register for appointments, communicate with doctors, collect insurance and medical data, and more. This system improves performance by minimizing data entry overhead, eliminating mistakes caused by poor handwriting and reducing patient calls to the office. mdLeaf was launched by Kinan Sweidan in September 2012 and is based in Chicago, Illinois.
