MD Informatics (MDi) is a small, Veteran-owned and physician led Medical Informatics Company specializing in healthcare information systems strategic planning, healthcare business processes reengineering, functional requirements development for computerized health information systems, and ensuring interoperability between disparate systems, ranging from institutional to national clinical systems. Originally established in 1999, MD Informatics began as a partnership between Medical Informatics fellows at the University of Utah, in Salt Lake City, UT.
